Montenegro is calm and peaceful. You can walk around safely, even at night. Still, follow basic safety rules:

Public transport is limited. Buses are available but slow. Most tourists prefer renting a car.
You can order taxis using the Viber app. In Podgorica, use the Tesla app.
Always agree on the price in advance or use a meter (about €1 per km).
